Stephen Vial
President

As President and Member, Stephen provides overall leadership for all aspects of corporate approach, capability and growth. He is responsible for day-to-day operations, corporate strategic planning and new business development. His most significant role is to monitor and maintain project resources to insure progression according to client’s expectations.

Stephen brings to the Design Build Group, llc 24 years of project development, design and construction experience. His responsibilities include initial client consulting for business strategic planning, alternative funding, facility development, designing project approach and selection of teams to meet goals and objectives.

Prior Experience
Stephen spent twelve years with The Austin Company, an international design-build firm offering architectural, engineering and construction services to industrial, commercial and institutional clients in the aerospace, manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, medical, broadcasting, publishing and high technology markets. During his Austin career, Stephen was the Resident Manager of the Dallas, Houston and New Orleans offices, and Western Regional Manager of the Austin Consulting Division in Irvine, California.
